GROUP CLASSES

  • No cell phone use during class times. We are all on our devices more than we should be. Let’s take the time in the gym to unplug and focus on the workout. 

  • All equipment used must be wiped down and put away after class.

  • For safety concerns, no children are permitted on the workout floor at any time. 

  • During inclement weather, please bring extra sneakers so we can maintain a clean workout floor. 

  • When signing up for a class, please only add your name to the class list if you are certain you can make that day/time. Sitting on the waitlist and blocking others from getting into class only to drop out at the last minute is strongly discouraged.

  • Do not add your name to multiple classes for one day.

  • If dropping in for the first time, please arrive 5-10 min early to fill out and sign our waiver.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • No cell phone use during training sessions. We are all on our devices more than we should be. Let’s take the time in the gym to unplug and focus on the workout. 

  • All equipment used must be wiped down and put away after each session.

  • During inclement weather, please bring extra sneakers so we can maintain a clean workout floor. 

  • Any personal training sessions canceled within 24 hours of the session are subject to a late cancellation fee or loss of session without the chance of a make up.

  • Any training sessions purchased may not be transferred to others.
